Connect Xneelo

Your email is hosted with Xneelo. Add your Venuo address, [email protected], to the mailbox's forward. It takes about three minutes.

[email protected] stands for your own Venuo address. After you sign up, your dashboard’s Connect page shows this guide with your address filled in.

Step 1: Sign in to the xneelo Control Panel (konsoleH) at admin level.
Step 2: Hosting Services → your domain → Mail → Manage Accounts → Edit on the mailbox that receives your enquiries.
Step 3: In that mailbox's Forward field, add [email protected], then Save.
Step 4: Check the mailbox still receives its own copy: if the screen offers a "keep a copy" or "deliver locally" option, tick it.
Step 5: Test it: from another email address, send a short enquiry the way couples do. When it reaches Venuo, your Venuo Connect page shows "Connected".

Good to know

Venuo gets a copy. Your inbox keeps every enquiry, and you can still answer anyone yourself.
Use the mailbox's own forward field: it keeps a copy in the mailbox. An alias that only forwards keeps no copy. The labels come from xneelo's help pages: check them on screen.
